She does not need a law degree. I am guessing her LLM is an LLM Law Conversion. She then needs to do the SQE. There are combined LLM conversion and SQE1 courses available. The SQE2 will follow.

I am delighted that the appeal against my failure of the SQE2 by 1% (dammit) has been upheld due to an irregularity (IT malfunction) in one of the assessments meaning that I have actually passed.
