It took 5 tries to get my BP to register this morning. A frequent hassle, but still better than when they had to stick me so many times – thank goodness for this #port! Otherwise, all good, & (7+hrs in) I'm almost done.

## Deep Learning-Driven Spectral-Spatial Fusion for Non-Destructive Apple Ripeness and Sugar Content Assessment via Hyperspectral Imaging
**Abstract:** This paper introduces a novel deep learning framework for accurate and rapid non-destructive assessment of apple ripeness and sugar content using hyperspectral imaging. Leveraging a spectral-spatial fusion network (SSFN) architecture coupled with a multi-layered evaluation pipeline, our system provides significantly improved predictive accuracy over existing methods. We demonstrate the feasibility of real-time, on-orchard quality control and significantly reduces post-harvest losses by optimizing harvest timing and sorting procedures.
