1. Today’s macOS update from Apple does NOT appear to remove the compromised eMudhra intermediates from /etc/ssl/cert.pem, as far as I can tell
2. Today’s macOS update from Apples DOES clobber manual changes to /etc/ssl/cert.pem and so you will need to reapply them
About the compromised eMudhra intermediate CAs - Apple Support
Apple is blocking the compromised certificates automatically. Mac administrators can take optional steps for some command-line tools.
