Always good to have @toofatlardies.bsky.social in town and a good chance for a final playtest of my Chain of Command participation game for Cancon. Rich played Dave as I watched on. Dave proved a poor host, driving off Rich’s Russian in a hail of StG44 fire. A good game that just needs a few tweaks.

先端側は銃口だけで入れば良いのかな
それにしては先端に出ている銃口の長さが短すぎるのでもう少し調べてみる

You may think "lol just reverse engineer it, we have examples, modern manufacturing techniques, and CAD" but a whole lot of guys in machine shops thought the same thing about reproducing the StG44, a piece of equipment wildly simpler than a strategic bomber, and crashed and burned in the process
