You’d better have concrete STRs for that bug! If you break the build you’ll be getting a slack from him before you get the CI notification. He could have gotten promoted to manager ages ago but he always rates himself as “meets expectations” in his yearly review to prevent it.

as a matter of public policy, cities and municipalities in areas that receive large numbers of tourists should be placing tight restrictions and rules on STRs and allowing more hotel construction. this will be inconvenient for some families, but they are edge cases

A new Better Neighbors report says if LA started actually enforcing its short-term rentals, the city would rake in $40 to $50 million each month — "more than any measure the city is currently proposing for the ballot to raise revenue."

These clowns are also going after the pensions of Ohio’s retired teachers. They moved to get rid of the retired teachers elected to the STRS Board and replace them with their own political stooges. The corruption never ends with these grifters.

Also it states that hotel bookings are still down. Which, if both things are true, suggests nobody actually lives here and too many of our homes are STRs.
