I want to make sure everyone in the city is aware that SUNY Downstate operates a large and extremely skilled LGBTQ and gender affirming care clinic, and we have repeatedly reiterated our intention to go to jail before we stop.

When I was filling out my common app I accidentally said my dad worked at SUNY Buffalo State instead of SUNY Buffalo so there's at least a couple of schools I didn't attend where my application is incorrect. Guess I'll save a journalist some trouble if I run for public office in 2033
The worst version of this story is that a political candidate ticked an incorrect box on a form 15 years ago. He received no benefit and his public statements about his origin and racial identity ever since have been consistent. This is utterly irrelevant for assessing how he will govern as mayor.
