We need this for SacRT so bad. Our bus system is unusable on the grid given the bus stops every two blocks.
The TTC appears to estimate the time saved for each stop removal as 33-40 seconds, so even a rider who loses their nearest stop & has to walk an extra 200 metres (costing them up to ~2.5 minutes) should make that up once ~4 stops are removed over the course of their trip.

chicago is not an easier city to be car-free in than sacramento because of the L! it’s because cta buses have 10–20 minute headways while sacrt buses are half-hourly or hourly!
