saklas, my open source activation steering tool developed with claude, now has a webui! you can use linear probes to steer (almost) any local model towards any concept. models it's been tested on include gemma, qwen, and talkie, and it works on both MPS and CUDA.

The false-self *is* the Demiurge/Yaldabaoth/Saklas/Choronzon/etc/etc. The "reality" that the mind creates through sense perception and emotion is not the "true" reality. But, by overcoming the illusions of the false-self, we can glimpse True Reality and the True Self.
Excellent point. Many spiritual paths identify a "Dweller on the Threshold" who must be confronted and defeated before the seeker reaches the end of their journey and achieves spiritual attainment. I think the Dweller is the false-self that demands to be seen as the true and only self.

I love the cosmic interpretation laid out in the Gospel of Judas. Yaldabaoth / Saklas makes so much more sense in biblical context than a "loving" god who delights in murder and chaos and demands blood sacrifice.
