Ask for the Pico salax prep. It's 2 small sachets to drink instead of the giant bottle. Also clear broths that are highly flavoured help feel like you are something. I have IBD and have lost count of the number of scopes I've had. Good luck. Treat yourself to a great breakfast after.

Moi, c'est avec le Pico Salax. Très efficace. 3 x verres de 8oz, beaucoup de liquide clair et voilà ! Le boyau est propre comme s'il n'y avait jamais eu de 💩 dedans ☝️😏😅

Honestly, as someone who has had quite a few of these ( colon cancer), the prep is the worst part. Pico Salax is the easiest to get down (only 5 ounces to swallow). Just sayin for next time. Good luck, Scott.
