If those are the mountains I think they are, I learned the name for 1 mountain during my field school days, which I've unfortunately forgotten. I don't know if a comprehensive map exists with the original names, but if anyone has the info it would be sanmanuel-nsn.gov, or I can ask my NFS contacts!

There were others Im sure, but this one I knew cos growing up the signs had said San Manuel band of Indians and now they have taken their name back. I went to the site to get the spelling and it clearly states now front and center that before the white men came they had a name sanmanuel-nsn.gov
