Flexing the front legs, calculating the trajectory, preparing to parkour directly onto the lens hood. Do not cross me, giant glass eyeball.🕷️🌿🪶🦉

Possible "Flat-Legged", jumping spider? I need to get a better sharp image to be sure. It might be a male based on the tapered tail end, and the pedipalps are boxing glove-ish. So we'll see. (if it's still around). A microscopic jumping spider zipping across a bright blue plastic shoe rack at Mach 5. The tiny speed demon is actively defying a macro lens, a Bitubol made Guage MC-S12 diffuser, and a 1/500s shutter speed burst by refusing to sit still or provide an eye-level portrait.

Found a wild fiber-optic sweet potato trying to escape the Etobicoke Creek trails. Someone tell this seed that the dramatic wig look is so last season. 🌱🪶🌿🦉🍁

A single, long, reddish-brown seed sits on a dark, textured surface, completely over-engineering its travel plans. It looks like a tiny, smooth sweet potato that has sprouted a massive, dramatic wig of wild, white hairs radiating upward and outward like a fiber-optic umbrella. The lower half of the seed is tangled in a messy nest of fine, curly white fuzz, giving it the distinct look of a miniature woodland creature that woke up late, skipped brushing its hair, and is waiting for a gust of wind to carry it away from its responsibilities.
