Definitely cheating a bit by calling it "new", but legendary Academy scientists Joseph Leidy and Ruth Patrick were both champions of the microscope. At one point, its influence was so great that the museum even had its own Microscopical Section.

More than 30 vertebrate animals and at least six bug colonies moved to new homes last month. “I think that they’ve all ended up where they needed to be,” said a former staffer.

Don't take nutrition advice from videos unless they are from registered dieticians. Vitamins are not all the same, they come in water soluble and fat soluble. I once taught a course in vitamins and minerals to Drexel Univ nutrition students, before Drexel turned into an apex predator #SaveTheAcademy

Fabulous! Wikipedia meetups are fun; no-one hosts, everyone logs into Wikipedia and makes changes as long as there is a decent reference for the change. It can be done virtually, on Zoom, or one afternoon at the Free Library. I wonder if friends of the Museum are interested? #SaveTheAcademy
