(breakfast cont= I don't really enjoy breakfast foods for breakfast, like pancakes and stuff, and I prefer savories, HOWEVER, there is an exception: blended overnight oats. I haven't made any in forever, so I think I need to start again, because eating has been difficult lately. like. I just forget)

That's super fucking rough that y'all went through that, and I hope y'all are doing better now. It fucking sucks that a lot of green savories like parsley and such are now making me have to rewrite recipes while the cost of food goes up and my EBT is still low.

Your kid doesn't want perfect cookies! They want cookies they can eat that they made with mom and dad! They want to understand the mysteries of the kitchen, and you can teach them about salt, fat, heat, flavors, acids, sweets and savories, and they do that by making mistakes and doing.
