𝙄𝙩’𝙨 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙖𝙡𝙬𝙖𝙮𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙩𝙤𝙘𝙤𝙡𝙨 𝙤𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨. 𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘀, 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲. In many labs I’ve seen, the friction isn’t technical – it’s interpersonal: Technicians stay in their lane. Lab leads translate upwards, if at all. Managers operate on filtered fragments. The result? 🧪 Projects stall for reasons no one can quite name. 📉 Promising data disappears into drafts that never leave the team. ⏱ And months go by without real progress – just activity. You’d think communication is a given in science. But often, it’s the first thing to break – and the last thing people want to talk about.
