There’s good coverage of Royal Scots Greys on their advance into Bremen, although some is miscaptioned.
From the same series, Sgt Midgely photographed this Sherman Hybrid, clearly showing the markings the Greys used at this time.

In the Greys war diary, they mention surprising German soldiers who were relieved to be captured.
Many on their own MT, including a ‘Mk III’, I suspect it might be this Stug III, photographed by Sgt Oakes, #OTD 2 May 1945.
