I haven't in years, but I did make a veal ravioli for the wife of the pastor of the church I grew up in when she was in hospice, and it was something that tasted good to her when most of her favorite food was unappetizing. The whole dish was scratchmade including the ricotta cheese in the ravioli.

Hot off the smoker. Once you’ve made your own bacon it’s hard to settle for store bought. 7 day equilibrium brine, 2 hours of cold smoke with apple & finished with a hot smoke for 2 hours with hickory & cherry.
