#PM is #FirstLordoftheTreasury, they can if they choose do #Budget themselves, they already have power if they so choose, but they also have to cover #ForeignPolicy & other policy areas, so tend to leave running the Treasury to #SecondLordoftheTreasury.

#PM is #FirstLordoftheTreasury, they can if they choose do #Budget themselves, they already have power if they so choose, but they also have to cover #ForeignPolicy & other policy areas, so tend to leave running the Treasury to #SecondLordoftheTreasury.
