I have KeePassXC working with ssh-agent again, so I think it was either user error (I had some SSH config issues) or was fixed by a re-install. There was definitely some user error when I was trying to set up simultaneous KeePassXC and SecureEnclave configs (I had some "Host *" entries at the top).

it will say "User presence confirmed", but THEN it will use the ED25519 key. But if you use TouchID, all the config options are ignored and it uses the SecureEnclave key.

If you have a SecureEnclave key AND a separate ED25519 key, and a host configured to use the latter, with IdentitiesOnly no and IdentityAgent none, the SecureEnclave key will STILL try to override and you get a fingerprint prompt. If you hit "Cancel" instead of using TouchID ...

For example, you plug in a new video card or USBC peripheral, you carry on booting but measurements are different and your TPM/SecureEnclave won’t release the key. User expects it to work
