Brick Lane until relatively recently was still recognisably the one I used to haunt in the early 80s. Top end of Kings Rd at Worlds End around where Sex/Seditionaries was was still well shabby well into the 80s with affordable s/h clothes shops and little markets.

Used to travel up on a weekend and trawl Portobello Market, Acne Studios, Rough Trade then head over this way and to Kenny Market.

My husband was paid £4k for his boomer clothing. All bought from Seditionaries. Would probably have got at least double now. Looks like this thief missed a trick!
As it turned out, the luggage was dumped at another station once the thief realised he'd nicked a suitcase full of boomer clothes and my mother's special pillow...

I absolutely love this memory. Roxy customized the sleeve to the Lower Class Brats- New Seditionaries & didn’t touch the record.
The band told me I’ll get a new sleeve when they do a repress. I personally love the Roxy edition 😂
