Today, we scooted over to Shimo-Kitazawa, a rather hip corner of Tokyo.
It has many record (& coffee) shops, but only one had a copy of Demon & Eleven Children by Blues Creation. It sounds as good as it looks.

And hats off to Masako for having such an awesome store sign.

Enjoy beers from West Coast Brewing, TDM 1874, Ushitora and 9 other breweries from around Japan this weekend (Saturday through Monday) at the Shimo-Kitazawa Craft Beer Fest. Food trucks will be dishing out burgers, fried chicken and chili dogs. Free admission, pay as you go.
The Shimo-Kitazawa Craft Beer Fest is happening this (three-day) weekend! The excellent West Coast Brewing (Shizuoka) will be pouring for the first time, along with 11 other breweries from around Japan. Free admission, and pay as you go.

Today I went to Shimo-Kitazawa (during the day this time) and did the little Bocchi Pilgrimage. Respectfully didn't take a picture of the Shelter staircase cause it was blocked off, understandably.
