necess-itate breaks it between two syllables and includes enough of the word on the first line that the reader has a general idea of where the sentence is going.

This study validated a recently proposed standard uptake value (SUV) threshold of 4.0 for accurate meningioma segmentation using [18F]SiTATE PET/CT. The researchers analyzed 109 lesions in 61 patients, including complex anatomical locations and prior surgical interventions.
