The Sillamäe statue was installed in 1987, probably to boost morale among the workers as the local plant was changed from manufacturing uranium yellow cake to rare earths.

As if the strikes against oil refineries such as in Kstovo, the the Druzhba pipeline or the extended sanctions against Russia's shadow fleet haven't caused already a lot of headache to Moscow, Bloomberg reports that oil flow at the Baltic sea port and terminal of Ust-Luga has been suspended.
