Lovely walk if cold early! Highlight was our largest skein this autumn of Pink-footed Geese over, the sound is always amazing. Also Ravens, Kestrels, Red Kite, Cetti's, Meadow Pipits, Reed Bunting. Linnets, Great Spotted Woodpecker, a beautiful Moorhen and still 2 House Martins.

Fixed the mistake. Finally making progress again. Just finished one skein of brown yarn, 420 yards. Only 31 rows until bind off.

Just as well I wound the second skein of this hand spun yarn yesterday - 12 (600+ stitch) rows to go and the first skein has almost run out. 🧶
