Past:
A 90s era house and garage.

Present:
A 5 Plex (4 townhouse style units and lane home) within the current R1 zoning.

Future:
A single-stair 9 plex with cargo bike garage, elevator and roof deck.

I've been trying to lock in on getting the rough drafts for as many scenes as possible done in advance. The Sketchup models are admittedly kind of crude (as always), but for my purposes they'll do the job. I hope this'll do what I think it will for the project's schedule. Stay tuned!

That feel when the tool you bought on impulse years ago, and have never used, happens to be the perfect tool for the project you're working on.

Got this K&E radius template kit on marketplace for a song. Totally worth it! Just took 3 years to find a use for it😅
A large piece of plywood laying on my table saw. A carpenter's square, drafting square, tape measure, pencil, marker and a drafting radius template kit are on top of it. Using the templates, I've plotted a compound curved line along the edge. This is the shaping for a large upholstered cornice board. The radius template kit is a long wooden box with dozens of clear plastic templates varying radius from 3" up to 200". For this project, I used the 14" and 65" plates.
