Some work on the NMM, really love my recipe for bronze (for those interested, XV-88 for shades and Ice Yellow for highlight, with a mix to blend)

Electro-knight 5
going for a heavier feel, two handed arc-mace using a sword brethren weapon, a hastarii helmet, arbite arms, and skitarii shoulders with extra cog trim taken from vanguard helmets
still got a bit more to add then I can start detailing the squad more

I think the models are mostly great, a little fiddly sometimes. The skitarii are like 5 pieces but a lot of the constructs feel like every bolt is a separate piece
I've never actually played the game but it seems neat and crunchy

Good news, I managed to finish assembling my unit of Skitarii Vanguard
Bad news, I managed to stab myself in the finger three times over the course of it.

Stabbed my finger twice de-basing Skitarii this afternoon.

my favorite thing playing as skitarii in darktide is using chordclaw and petting enemies to death. like the animation is actually just doing 🫳 🫳 🫳 until it stops moving

A lil out of the norm from me, but I painted my first AdMech Skitarii last night! It was my first mini, so they're a lil rough...but I think I did a decent job 🧡

Been enjoying some WH40k mods in my Rimworld recently. Just finished purging the void and lost a couple of good skitarii in the process. One was resurrected as a Living Saint during it all and she is -6 mood about it but girlfriend hard carried us through the ending assault.
