sometimes someone will just say "SLIIIIIDECAST" in the middle of a fight because during TEA we had a healer that kept saying "slidecast!" in voice... except he wasn't slidecasting at all
#wolqotd but for the player! What silly jokes do you have with your friends/FC mates/static members? Inside jokes, reoccurring bits, something that you're known for in those groups count too!

However, I think he's actually the stereotypical black mage: slidecasting into the gate at the last minute, cutting it close enough that it stresses out his traveling companions.

I can’t recall if they do anything fun with her AI there eg. her biffing it more often but it would be fun if they did (they do this with Krile who is clearly struggling with pct cast timers in earlier DT dungeons and is good at slidecasting by the end)

that's what's odd to me about the fight cuz everyone is like "its so fast paced there's so much movement" and the movement for every mechanic can be covered with swiftcast or just slidecasting

m8s! we were in there for a goodly 12+ hours straight for 2 days but i couldnt be mad i was singing while howling blade busted my kneecaps. it is there in my recording, still

For Ludin, a RDM Rapier. He's surprisingly fast, despite being a Caster, being able to move anywhere quickly while casting spells.
I like to imagine him zipping around as magic blasts out from his weapon, like he's mastered 'slidecasting' and just casts spells while moving constantly.

sorry i'm just still pissed, three years later, that they're still just erasing the identity of "casters" like idk i think ALL casters should do more damage and then continue to make it difficult to stand still for more than 5 seconds at a time! slidecasting and greeding it part of the job...
