i'd personally lean towards the latter, but i REALLY enjoy when it's a kind man full of justice and honour who ends up pissed off at you for some reason and sexually punishes you in a way that's completely contradictory to his character
assholes with a softspot will always be special to me though 🤭

The orginal kinda has a softspot for me, pacing wise I absolutely get why people prefer brotherhood.

Beí, ironically so, has a softspot for Hellhounds.
But don't expect her to see Imps as anything short of tools, if they catch her notice at all.

I think asshole with a softspot is always something really endearing, and while the former can be fun it can come off as like someone who's niceness fake and is secretly a bully but i do like the idea of a nice and sweet guy who only ever harasses you

What's your take on found footage films? It's my softspot genre despite having some uh pretty rough? films. I am a huge fan of cursed locations which the genre tends to have a lot of.

Ich hab ja aus Nostalgiegründen einen Softspot für Zeitschriften. Meist siegt aber die Vernunft (lese sie eh nicht) und ich kaufe keine. Gestern habe ich eine sehr lohnenewerte Ausnahme gemacht:

Quick question: when was the last time someone gave you their full attention and made it feel good? My line’s open if you can’t remember! 🖤

Took me a second to understand Pro as Prodigy. It is funny that the top 2 are Janeway lead. I have a strong softspot for Janeway and Voyager so I approve of this list!

Hi! I write mainly high fantasy adventures with a sprinkling of horror.
I really have a softspot for the Flatwoods Monster. Such a weird, cool creature design (though presumably terrifying if anywhere in the neighborhood of real). #SffChat

Books and documentaries still exist so those interested can get the true(er) stories, but I have a softspot for a good biopic.
Hey, seeing The Doors at 13 or 14 pretty much changed everything for me.

Also I know some have a softspot for him in Dragonflight, but I'm sorry, I think he looks weird and his storyline is about a dead groupchat he wants to revive, but this grown ass man needs the help of his holographic ai mother because he is too shy.
