The "Unknown Visitor Sails!"

This is based off of old historical reports of UFO sightings out on the open waters back in the 1600s-1700s from sailors all around the world and wanted to have that be part of SOT!

Saw a sail design contest for Sea of Thieves!! This game is extremely important to me, friendships have been formed and either strengthened or lost since the start. I wanted my sails to represent that, "Until our bond is broken, we shall sail together".

Design for sea of thieves sail competition. The sails feature a silhouetted kraken design against a yellow sun and pink sky. Sea gulls can be seen in the sail above the main sails. The top sails are darker with a four pointed star emblem on them.

Third design. Classic cross cutlasses and chevrons, with stylised water at the bottom and an IX to represent the 9th anniversary. The cracks in the background also make an "IX" shape. While the colours are very AA sails, they're also classic SoT.

Sea of Thieves sails competition entry. The main sails feature two cutlasses crossed and IX in text above them. At the bottom there's a trim design that looks like stylised water. Cracks can be seen in the background of the design that make an IX shape. Other sails feature upwards chevron designs.

Second design. This one has a lot more going on and more of a celebratory feel. I wanted to go for some really bold complentary colours. Used a hook emblem to evoke the number "9" this time around.

Of course my dream sails would include Junior and since he has no sails of his own in game, well...

I wanted to keep these simple and make a sort of Reaper's Bones version of the traditional skull & crossbones.

"Sea Goats"

Some "real" goats can be found only at sea; the sails display the head of a goat sporting a pirate beard and an eyepatch. Additionally, the color scheme of the sails is designed to evoke waves washing onto the beach with sea foam.
