The SoundAsleep machine? Surprisingly good for masking street noise. I usually need earplugs. These sounds genuinely did the job. Do you find white noise helpful?

@soundasleep It definitely has. I remember using the old Ubuntu 6.x to 8.04 series, and things are pretty different now.

However, I still prefer using the terminal to install stuff, like you would typically do when synaptic was the main gui installer packages.

I use GUI for flatpak these days.
