Typing in games like this was entertainment in the 80s! I would scour magazines in newsagents for interesting type-ins, I did a lot from Your Computer and I remember specifically buying a Commodore magazine because it had a type-in that implemented rope swings!

The SpectrumComputing forum is 99% free of picowits, but occasionally one rears his head and the row he's conjured up out of sheer fantasy ends up with a rage-quit that's a self-own so big you could view it from outer space.

"IC16" in the Upper RAM would need to be replaced. I bought a 4164 from Retroleum.co.uk and waited for its arrival.
