A neighbor raised concerns about a Sandy Beach Airbnb; the Board said it cannot add conditions to an approved Special Exception and suggested a Planning Board review. Tim Bray also reported multiple STR and vested-permit cases, including a default judgment on June 24, 2026 denying further STR use at one property without a Conditional Use Permit.
