All of this feels like a huge cashout where they're recruiting their friends to cash out with them. Statsig also raised at a $1.1bn valuation in May, so this is a flat/all-stock acquisition. Wonder if that $1.1bn gets cashed in in the $8bn stock oAI sale?

it's fun that the guy who implemented statsig at bluesky already replied to say that there is sensitive data that shouldn't be sent to them anymore and that he hopes bluesky moves all its tracking in-house so that user data can't be exploited but people are still skeeting at me like i'm a crank
