i'd been working on a dylib/so/dll inject a few months ago that would set up the steam_api/steamclient context to be like a dedicated server (but logged in with a user profile) so you dont need the steam client running. wouldn't play nice with VAC though so hesitant on continuing or releasing

a C macro definition called TOC_SETTER_STUB that creates a function named Set TOC For X, with inline assembly setting register 2 to the contents of toc_register and then calling a function with name X

Steam still has no built-in way to mark games as finished and filter them out of the library. Collections are the closest workaround, but they don't combine with other filters.

Langsam wird es nämlich unübersichtlich: Welches hatte ich für Koops draufgesetzt? Welche sind nur zur Beobachtung drauf? Bei welchen warte ich auf den Release?

i ended up making it work.
i must have moved things around wrong, it had trouble finding the steamcmd steamclient so files. but two symlinks later and it purred like a cat.

not really a brush issue. it worked for a bit, before starting to slowly lag again. i had to rollback my update on the steamclient so i can keep using it for comms and stuff
