Like these mockups are understandably amateurish but the basic concept is 100% what I want.
And I’m hoping all the recent changes to controller labels in SteamUI are foreshadowing a SC 2.
Probably a much easier sell with the deck being a hit.

since steam skins have been gimped and killed a good while ago, i found a mod engine that lets you get proper themes again.

just had either the internal steam deck controller disconnect mid game or the entire steam client crash in game mode... I just know that the steamui suddenly showed up again and game crashed right after that ^^💢

looks like it might just be Plymouth? internet says that there should be a file in `/home/deck/.steam/steam/steamui/movies/deck_startup.webm` that you can change?
