Imagine walking a plank. It’s on the ground. Easy.
But what if it's between 2 stepladders? 3 metres above the ground? Harder.
Or what if it's between 2 tall buildings? 100 metres high. Gulp.
Logically, the height makes no difference. But it does, right?
A good example of why context matters.

Especially as there are 7 damn clocks in this flat, along with two alarm clocks, and I have to change them because my sister can't reach and can't climb stepladders.
I will die on the hill that changing the clocks twice a year is incredibly fucking stupid.

In Ep3, Takasegawa's daughter Ema (Kawai Yumi) works at a concept cafe which changes themes from time to time. In this scene, they're carrying stepladders because the current theme they're doing is the OL drama "Shomuni" wherein the heroine's motto is "to carry the stepladder myself".

I've just done a quick #10MinutesInTheGarden... I borrowed my neighbours telescopic tree pruner... to trim the branches at the top of our bay tree... What a magical contraption... so much easier than balancing on stepladders... and stretching with the loppers...

i was looking for a step for my bed with a rail to hold onto because i want to get out off bed and move around more and that might reduce friction. wayfair puts them under "stepladders". wheelchairs are scattered between dining and office chairs and "car accessories and parts"

Yes up a ladder on your own isn’t good. I’ve just painted the ceiling of my kitchen porch, I hate balancing on stepladders now, they dig into bits of me especially me feet! But I just about managed it, I just hope it dries nicely. Then i have the walls to do with Zinsser stainblock and top coat.
