Lavernock this morning. Redwing,fieldfare, chiffchaf,mistle and song thrush, movements of finches and Skylark overhead plenty of black birds now but berries looking sparse. Spent some time watching this stone chat fly catching.

In relation to the Siberian Stonechat, big thanks to Roger Webb who first found it and got in touch about 'the palest stonechat I've ever seen' that he reckoned despite less than optimal views must be a good bet to be a Siberian. Nice find in a really underwatched part of the island.
