Took a short walk to the local Lamplighters Marsh NR (Bristol) this morning. Good to see a pair of Stonechat, 12+ Linnet, 10+ Goldfinch, 1 Song Thrush, plus several Robin, Blackbird and House Sparrow. 01.11.26. #bristolbirding #ukwildlife

A good morning at St Thomas’s Head near Weston S Mare. Watched for ages 3 Whinchats, several Whitethroats, female Pied Fly, Garden Warbler, plus a couple of Wheatears. Seems like only yesterday we were welcoming these birds home, ‘Bon voyage’ little friends #bristolbirding #ukbirding

Saw a heron and cormorant fishing. Possibly a redkite or something similar overhead and my fave, a kingfisher.

Saw a Great White Egret, a family of Egyptian Geese, a gray Heron and then a beautiful fox on the way home.

Merlin found some beautys too.
