Well well well. Omni’s first ICE flights since June 16 — a double Mexico deportation. By far their longest break since they were purchased by Stonepeak in April 2025. I guess Stonepeak released their grip because they think the Chicago parking meter deal is gonna be approved. Discouraging.

We're approaching hour four now, and they are still talking about the development plan...I get that this plan is also a big deal for Chicago, but then why skip over what is essentially a symbolic vote (the full council votes on the Stonepeak deal on Wednesday) to do this??
