it was interesting watching something from ABC that featured two substackers as main voices. also interesting how they chose substackers willing to uphold the NYPD narrative.

it continues to be genuinely remarkable how absolutely bugfuck, batshit, bonkers insane the entire right wing ecosystem of, like, substackers and commenters and and columnists and "intellectuals" is.

Substack wouldn't have done anything had it not been a big customer/tech pub making demands (platformer), who were prompted by a collective effort threatening to withhold labor/$$$ (substackers against nazis), who in turn were building on much earlier withdrawal of labor/$$$ (trans/nb substackers)
