Tree-Based Alignment Selector (T-BAS) phylogeny of 12 lineages of Phytophthora ramorum. The maximum likelihood phylogeny (center) was inferredusing concatenated sequences of six nuclear loci (avh120, avh121, btub, gweuk.30.30.1, hsp90, and trp1) and 1,000 bootstrap replicates in IQ-TREE. Colors on the inner ring represent the lineages of P. ramorum as defined in source publications. Colors on the middle ring represent the isolate’s country of origin. Colors on the outer ring represent the host type. Branches are not drawn to scale. Percent bootstrap support is noted on each node.
