Andry Hernandez and hundreds of other people have been imprisoned without trial in El Salvador for over 70 days now, held incommunicado at U.S. expense in conditions worse than any Supermax prison.
Kind of thought refusing to release innocent people while simultaneously continuing to pardon guilty people might cause a bigger stir in the press.
