Lady Jumanji is being really helpful. She thinks we're dealing with House Surtova, which is the monarchy of Bravoi. So... odds are stacked against us.

New character art of my Pathfinder 2e character Alexi Surtova!

He's a kitsune Magus, from the noble house of Surtova with conflicting loyalties between his homeland and the kingdom he's helping build (playing Kingmaker 😄).

🎨 @featheryflukes.bsky.social Did an amazing job, captured him perfectly. 😊

Most of his house either died in the conflict or fled. Being only 10 at the new Royal Surtova family took him in as a ward. By age 15 he transitioned from the life of a live in hostage to that of a Ministerialis: a sorts of servile knight. One with the dignity of a noble but fewer privileges.

it feels like the story is already rolling to three heads: the planned conflict with the Stag Lord, an emergent conflict with Rio Surtova that's rooted in character backstories, and an in-party dispute over their relationship with the kobolds.

WHOM THE PARTY IS ARMING WITH GUNS

and because encounters aren't xp bags, everyone is thinking about what they can get out of everyone else.

my gf literally raised the possibility of making the Kobolds into serfs. because she's on board with the "fuck Rio" plan, but for anti-Surtova reasons instead of personal ones

and the check ins. omg

like we KNOW Piar would rather leave the stag lord to get delt with by someone else but feels guilty leaving oleg in a lurch. Silvaria is obsessed with beating Rio Surtova because of some rivalry he's forgotten.

The tension? delicious. and since that's the point we sit with

Happy kingmaker day!!

We’ve officially created our new settlement, and Ariyah has been all but pushed into a main leader role. But I really should’ve seen it coming, with her noble background and charisma. she really just is the party face lol

A digital sketch of my Pathfinder 2E character, Ariyah Surtova. She’s drawn sitting on a log, adjusting her armor in a quiet moment between adventures.

Lander is short sighted and selfish, and will encourage corruption and callousness.

Kessil is in favor of stronger ties with the Aldori and even handed approaches to situations.

Shandra is very realpolitik from what I hear, and is of course a Surtova loyalist.

Congrats on 300!! 🤩 here’s to many more milestones in your future ;D

You did amazing with Placidus and Ivory, so here’s some other choices for ya! 😋
My PF2e Kingmaker character, Ariyah Surtova. She’s a human bard hailing from nobility and forging a new kingdom with a… unique group. My DND character Roshan, an Aasimar grave cleric. She ran away from a religiously oppressive home, lived as a hermit for a while, and devoted her time to curing a strange illness sweeping across her home, and further beyond. My Starfinder character Ashkii Rodan, a Borai (Strix) mechanic. She was convicted for killing a man (in her fiancés defense), but after her own fiancé lied in court Ashkii was found guilty and executed. Through the starfinders, she was revived (but changed) and contracted to help the organization in their next mission. An older drawing of my oc Ashkii. She was originally a Strix, a species which have large wings on their backs. With her execution and revival, her wings have been chopped off, leaving her with stumps where they had once sat. Other parts of her appearance has changed, and she’s very bitter about that still.

No one but me probably notices the costume details I put into my Lath art of broken heart motif (beginning of the campaign) to open heart motif (end of the campaign) but it’s special To Me
Digital art. Pale elf dhampir. He’s wearing a lot of pink and sitting in a chair wrong. One of his belts crosses over the heart shaped tiddy window on his chest, making it look like a broken heart. Text reads “The Vampire (crossed out) dhampir (handwritten) of House Surtova” Digital art. Same character. He’s got a pink cape instead of a cropped jacket, and the belt across his chest is gone, leaving the heart shaped cutout on his chest open and unbroken. He’s sitting in a hot pink heart shaped throne, wearing a crown. Text reads “The King of Verdania”

A fan comic with 5 panels between the characters March, Ryis, Reina, and Amira. These characters are from the video game Fields of Mistria, with Amira being my farmer oc. Panel 1: March is ranting to Ryis and Reina while Amira walks by in the background. He says “Why’s everyone taking about Amira anyway?”, while Reina and Ryis share a look. Panel 2: March continues ranting, saying “I mean, come on.”. Amira spots the trio chatting, and is also spotted by Ryis and Reina. Panel 3: March, still ranting, says “What has she done for Mistria?”. Amira has began walking towards the group, and Ryis looks to Reina as she watches Amira. Panel 4: Ryis looks concerned and says “Dude…”, while Reina semi-nervously greets with a “Hey Amira!”. Panel 5: Amira greets the group with a smirk and says “Hi Reina, Hi Ryis! … Hi March.”. March, now nervous and standing at attention, speaks over her a little with a bold “I WAS TALKING ABOUT A DIFFERENT AMIRA-!”. Ryis and Reina’s expressions are shown in the bottom corners, with Ryis face palming and Reina stifling a laugh. A digital art piece of my characters Placidus and Ivory, a silver dragonborn and a human respectively. They embrace each other, faces inches apart, in dramatic rim lit lighting. A digital art reference sheet for my character Ariyah Surtova, showing off her full outfit and a few expressions. On the left is a full body drawing of her, with her long curled dark hair behind her back. Her bangs curl in front of her face, and her roots are a soft blonde. She poses in a somewhat regal pose, wearing clothes in colors of navy blue, black, silver, and gold. Her skirt is a lighter blue, with gold and silver stripes. On the right side of the sheet are 4 expressions, showing Ariyah happy, sad, angry, and flustered. A digital sketch of Ivory, drawn from the knees up. She poses with one hand on her hip and the other pointed at her chin, as she glances up in a thinking manner.

A series of three digital sketches of my characters Placidus and Ivory, a dragonborn and human respectively. In the first drawing, Ivory sits on some table/surface with her legs crossed. She leans on her hands as she smirks towards her friend, smugly saying “Oooh, you wanna kiss me sooo bad.”. Placidus glances down at her bemused, his arms folded across his chest. In the second drawing, Ivory leans back in surprise as Placidus comes in closer, looming over her. His tail curls up behind him as he smiles, and responds “Yes, and…?” to her statement. In the final drawing, Ivory covers her face with one hand and uses the other to push him back, blushing furiously. She manages a weak “shut up-.” in her embarrassment. Placidus has his own smirk on his face, as his tail wags slightly. A monochrome scanned sketch page, with pencil sketches and highlighter shadows. The sketches have been inked for emphasis. These sketches are of my characters Placidus and Ivory. On the left side of the page is Ivory with a pout on her face and her arms folded across her chest, cloak billowing behind her. On the right side of the page is Ivory backed up against a wall, smiling nervously as Placidus leans above her, one arm against the wall.

A digital art icon of my character Ariyah Surtova. She has long, dark hair with blonde roots, blonde eyelashes, and warm brown eyes. She has a bit of purple lipstick on as she smiles lightly. Her hair is covered by a white cloth, secured with a headpiece lined with gold and adorned with 5 silver stars. Her shirt is plain, but she wears a deep navy blue jacket with gold and silver accents. She stares at the camera/viewer. A digital art reference sheet for my character Ariyah Surtova, showing off her full outfit and a few expressions. My only current PC is Mila, daughter of a branch of the Surtova family (guess the AP!)

She has no interest in politics and prefers to practice fencing and a foul mouth.
Of course, this bandit hunt had to turn into politics...

She's a Swashbuckler, so a copy of PC2 would be very much appreciated ;)

Repost with your first art of the year

My first ever art of Lath, my pathfinder oc for a Kingmaker campaign!
Digital art. A pale elven dhampir sitting wrong in his chair. He’s holding wine and a gold knife, wearing a pale pink jacket. The text above his head reads “The Vampire (crossed out, written above) dhampir of House Surtova”

What a fun art share, and I can’t wait to see everyone’s cool characters 👀

My current PCs are Ariyah (a human bard in PF2e) and Brigita (a halfling barbarian in DND 2024 rules). I’ll put some extra info in the alt tags :)

Not current PCs but my babies are Placidus and Ivory!!

#artshare #myocs
Ariyah Surtova, a human bard from Pathfinder 2nd edition in a Kingmaker campaign. She hails from the Surtova noble family, but has left home to join a party to build and settle a new kingdom in the Stolen Lands. She’s reserved and quiet, but practical and analytical. She inspires and directs the party in combat, while preferring to stay out of conflict herself. She hasn’t shared much about her family and position with the party, along with any other details of her past… Brigita Strongbrew, a halfling barbarian from the 2024 dnd rules. Many months ago her wife, Beltyn Silvergrip, disappeared without a trace. She’s been frantically trying to track her down this whole time, when she received a strange package. Utilizing the strange wardrobe in a very Narnia like fashion, she finds herself in the Radiant Citadel, reunited with her wife, but with seemingly no way home… Placidus and Ivory, a silver dragonborn fighter and a human rogue. Having adventured together for some time, they are my obsession as I love drawing them and writing about them. She’s sarcastic, sneaky, and stubborn. He’s honorable, heroic, and honest. If I ever write their story properly it’s gonna be the slowest slow burn to ever exist lmao A sketch of Placidus and Ivory. They’re both idiots in different ways when it comes to love. Placidus, with his past of losing his family, believes he’s undeserving of any love and care. Ivory, with her past of family leaving, has ran away from love at every turn and is determined to never let her heart break again.

Hailing from a noble family in Brevoy and traveling to the Stolen Lands to start a new kingdom, Ariyah Surtova is a quiet, practical bard supporting her party. But are things quite as they seem…?

A digital drawing of my character Ariyah Surtova, a human bard from a Pathfinder 2e game of Kingmaker. She wears a small headscarf and head piece, sitting atop her long brown and slightly curly hair. There is a hint of blonde roots along her scalp. Her outfit is simple, a cream shirt and blue skirt with gold and deep blue vertical stripes. She wears a forest green jacket, which ties around her waist. The sketch of the previous drawing.
