I plan to get a long swim in today. It is time to start thinking about the upcoming school year and the new swim students coming in to learn safety around water, CPR and swim lessons. I need to prepare for the new year. Excited! 🏊‍♀️

I found a great swim video on YT.He is going to focus a channel on the things that I have been working on in the pool since last year that has made a difference in my swims and teaching swimmers.
