A recent highlight was meeting with manu.factura to diagnose, clean and repair my Roland TR-707, which had been malfunctioning for some time due to a faulty digital display and power supply issues. 🛠️🎹💜

This Roland TR-727 Rhythm Composer has been heavily modified with many switches and sockets. Not a bad job, but I can see how it can affect its robustness. I already found a problem. Let's keep looking! #synthrepair

I have a Nyborg-12 + Nyborg-24 analogue synthesizer on my desk today. Owner reports that no sound is produced, even if the unit seems to power on.
I've found this already a few times with old synthesizers. They need AC to work!
The one provided by the owner is not correct.
