Why all the buzz about 'nuclear' alpha synuclein in Parkinson's disease and other synucleinopathies? Outeiro/Koss describe how nuclear alpha synuclein may be central to genomic instability, DNA damage and the progression of PD and related synucleinopathies. #parkinson @parkinsondotorg.bsky.social
