My first ever interaction with Mark Russinovich was explaining that newsid was a bad tool that he should get rid of and just tell everyone to use sysprep and so he did

This is just ridiculous - if sysprep can fail validation because of those #MSIX packages, then Microsoft should just add a sysprep option to nuke all of them on sight. They break sysprep, and we need to remove them anyway to get a clean Windows image

This laptop is within win11 spec requirements.
Will try a sysprep and if that doesn't work, fuck it, fresh install instead of an image

I swear I'm about to punch holes in some laptops. They're the ones I spent ALL FUCKING DAY yesterday reinstalling, trying to get around sysprep stalling constantly
Tested to see if sysprep worked yesterday. Yes.

90% of issues with Sysprep are a result of in-box apps (appx) getting updated -- a silly Microsoft design decision that could have easily be fixed in sysprep itself.
