Again when was Saddam last in South Park? There's literally a bit in The Marshall Mathers LP where Eminem imitates Saddam's "relax, guy" tic for a rhyme which feels carbon dated to me (the recent SP episode has a very similar vibe to TDOSS, but is set later along the same culture shift)
