So we now have two "rebalancing" agents, both anti-TFPI products approved for #hemophilia treatment. Both did well in the phase 3 trials. We will need to monitor them closely to see if their safety is maintained in patients undergoing surgery, those with malignancy and those with severe sepsis.

So much fun for so little money. The pen (M nib) just arrived to be inked and enjoyed. Smooth, is all I can say, smooth! As per the discussion about affordability: This Jinhao 100 Classic came at the amazing price point of $22.00. Yes, fountain pens can be expensive - but they don't have to be. 🙂

I think this is a promising agent but it's very different showing no thrombosis signals with d-dimer etc... than when you start giving it to real patients. The lack of effect on TFPI is reassuring though.
