Ah of course. Being a Rust person I am spoiled by defmt, which is near-zero cost.
You can configure an RP2350 to generate 4-bit Trace data at 75 MHz DDR for 600 Mbit/sec. But you need a really expensive probe to capture it all, like a Lauterbach TRACE32 or a SEGGER J-Trace.

@jaseg ooh interesting, are you also using openocd? I'd love to take a look at your config
I do see "external reset detected" when trying to reset with srst, i wonder if that causes a PMIC reset
Given the specific setting of CPU = KRYOxyz in trace32 I guess they have some special handling somehow

I do see "external reset detected" when trying to reset with srst, i wonder if that causes a PMIC reset

@jaseg im fairly confident it's not that, the issues at higher clocks mostly seem to be the target not processing in time triggering a WAIT so the event queue has to be replayed
