If you've seen this thread I made about Tamageta-Kun last year, you might've seen me mention that I have seen a clip of the series where it parodies Kamen Rider, but I couldn't find it anywhere. Now I found that exact clip. It's only about 8 seconds long, but it was worth finding it again. =)

Happy Easter, gang! Sending lots of love from your pals at Kaizen Game Works and Promise Mascot Agency.

I was so stressed out yesterday by The World(TM) & trying to recover from surgery while the house fell into ruin - exhausted, brain-scrambled, in pain - that I bought Promise Mascot Agency, which has been on my list forever, & played it for 12 solid hours. Unhinged in the best way. Strong recommend
Promise Mascot Agency title screen: PRESS ANY BUTTON TO BEGIN YOUR REDEMPTION Welcome to the world of mascots! Mascots were born from the earth a hella long time ago and live alongside humans. We've got everything humans have; feelings, problems, questionable biology, and an existential fear of a beyond we can't comprehend. Some of us also have weird abilities or supernatural powers. My mum was a fairy mascot and my deadbeat, absentee father was a severed finger. So I inherited a little bit of sparkly magic and an inner void. You're about to enjoy a wonderful summer in a cursed town, but first you need to see what's happening in Japan's underworld... Kofun (a green mascot who looks like a women's restroom symbol with an oversized round head) VS SWARM OF BEES Tamageta (a mascot who is basically a poached egg in a speedo) VS MACHINERY OF CAPITALISM

I've been posting a lot about Akatsuka, so here's something from Shotaro Ishinomori, Tonari No Tamageta-kun. This manga gained an anime adaptation in 1974, but unfortunately, this series is mostly lost, as only one episode is available online, plus the fact that no home media release of it exists.

The Kaso-Machi hot spring resort is having a bit of difficulty after the owner mysteriously vanished! ♨️

We’re happy to report that the resort’s mascot, Tamageta, is keeping things going nicely!

Stop by Kaso-Machi and have a soak and an egg! 🥚🚿
A tourism postcard for the game Promise Mascot Agency. Tamageta (an onsen egg mascot), and José (a mechanic) stand next to a photo of the onsen in Kaso-Machi, the rural Japanese town you explore in Promise Mascot Agency. The text reads, “Our hot springs are run by a centuries old mascot!”

It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia "can I offer you a nice egg in this trying time"? meme, with Tamageta (an egg mascot) and Ichigo Love (a chocolate mascot) from Promise Mascot Agency. The egg has been swapped for a photo of Tamageta.

Just finished Promise Mascot Agency, and man that was a silly ride. Very peculiar game, hard to recommend to most people but I think it slotted perfectly into a little sidequest/collectathon section of my brain(my ass is NOT 100%ing it though). The characters were fun, and the driving felt good.

The key art for Promise Mascot Agency. A yakuza called Michi stands next to a group of colourful mascots. A strawberry & white chocolate shiba inu mascot called Ichigo Love speaks to a severed finger mascot called Pinky☆ and an exiled yakuza called Michi. "Pinky☆. This must be your new boss. I have to say, he doesn't look how I imagined him." An onsen egg mascot (who hates yakuza) called Tamageta speaks to a severed finger mascot called Pinky☆ and an exiled yakuza called Michi. "I'm Tamageta. I wish I could say it's nice to meet you too!" A screenshot of Promise Mascot Agency. The player is negotiating job perks to convince Tamageta to work for their agency.

It's #ScreenshotSaturday so we thought we'd share some more of our favourite boiled egg mascot from our upcoming game, Promise Mascot Agency!

You'll be able to play the game in 2025... How crazy is that. 🍳
Tamageta: A boiled egg hot springs mascot. Slightly half-boiled and delicious! A conscientious mascot that wants you, yes you, to have an onsen egg right now! The sulphur smell adds to the experience. A screenshot of Promise Mascot Agency, this is the screen where you recruit a mascot and pick their job perks to make them happy to work for you. Tamageta and Pinky hanging out in front of the hot springs. Tamageta in the bath.
